Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
Please ensure that all original tags are still attached.
You have a time frame of 100 days from the delivery date to initiate the return process.

Shipping Costs:
SparklingCPH does not cover return shipping costs.
You must not send the item back as cash on delivery.
Return Process:
You are responsible for returning the item, including logistics, costs, and associated risks.
To start a return or exchange, please contact SparklingCPH via email at info@sparklingcph.com. Provide details about the item you are returning, your order number, and the tracking number. Make sure to include your order number and name in the package you return to us.
It is essential that you send us the tracking number for the returned item at: Info@sparklingcph.com
Please note that refunds cannot be processed without a valid tracking number.
Once we receive and confirm that the returned items are in their original condition, we will initiate the refund or exchange process.
Refunds:
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days and credited to the original payment method.
Requests for refunds to different credit cards or accounts cannot be accommodated.
You will not receive an email notification from us once we have refunded your money.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a more expensive product, the price difference must be paid.
In the case of exchanging for a cheaper item due to quality issues, we will refund the price difference.
Responsibility During Return Shipping:
You are responsible for paying to return the package to us, and you are liable if any damage occurs during return shipping.
Failure to Pick Up Package:
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item. If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, you will be charged an additional fee for redelivery.
Rejection of Return Requests:
Please note that return requests will be denied if items are not returned within the specified 100-day period.
